SHIPPING

-Orders shipped within the United States & Internationally arrives within 4-10 business days.

-We offer international shipping anywhere within the country. 

SALES & PURCHASES

-All sales are final once an Item is shipped. 

-Shipped orders will not be refunded or exchanged due to each batch being freshly prepared before transit. 

- Sales that are cancelled via PayPal by the buyer will have a refunding fee deducted from their total refund. 

-If a sale is cancelled by the buyer with no fault of the company Serene Body Scents LLC, the buyer will have a refunding fee deducted from their total refund.

STORAGE & MELTED PRODUCTS 

-Our products are made with the purest and finest natural ingredients. 

-To preserve the longevity of your products, be sure to place them in a cool & dry area away from moisture & direct sunlight.

-Our butters have a shelf life of up to 1 year.

-Be sure to wash your hands before using the products to avoid contamination.

-If you find that your product has melted, you can store it in the fridge briefly for 30 minutes or until it solidifies.
